The Richard Bazzy Shults Ford Scholarship Fund started a few years ago with the idea of helping one student each year with a $5,000 scholarship for their secondary education. After reading all of the applications however, the stories touched Richard so much that he decided that he couldn't pick just one, or even two. He decided to fund ALL of them.
