The man charged in the killings of a Penn Township couple will stand trial on attempted homicide and other charges, accused of shooting at three homes.
Investigators say Victor Steban was on a retaliation crime spree when he fired shots at the houses in Hempfield and Sewickley townships on May 16th.
Steban allegedly fired shots at one home to send a message about a drug debt, at a second house because the woman living there broke up one of Steban's relationships and fired 16 shots at the home of a former national leader of the Pagans motorcycle gang.
Authorities say he later shot Jacob Erdeljac and his girlfriend, Mara Casale, in the head with an AR-15.
The DA says Steban felt disrespected by Erdeljac.
