You're about to meet an amazing single mom who's raising five children. Samantha Mitchum is not just a single mother, she also works full-time as a paralegal and she's going to school full-time working on her degree.  If you're doing the math, that's six mouths to feed, house, and clothe on one income and zero child support. To say money is tight would be an understatement. So a week ago when her hot water tank died she didn't know what to do.

Watch the video on this page to meet Samantha and see how Mr. Waterheater stepped up, coming to the rescue.

Samantha owns her home and the water heater that came with it, but after 17 years that unit had seen better days. It was leaking and finally just gave out.  With an already strained budget, she was out of options. That's when she contacted Get Marty, not looking for anything but guidance.  We were able to do one better when Marty talked to his friend, John Sembower, who owns Mr. Waterheater.

The cost for installing a new water heater can run around $1,000 and that's not something Samantha's budget could handle. Thanks to John and his team, she won't have to worry about it.  Shawn showed up Wednesday morning and after just a few hours he installed a new tank and had it up and running.

So after a week of worrying and going without hot water, Samantha and her small army are now shower fresh again and so grateful for the kindness of Mr. Waterheater.

Pretty darned amazing!
