Suspect in custody after threat made against Pittsburgh-area mosque

A suspect is in custody in connection with a threat made against a local Mosque.
55-year-old Ted Steven is being held without bond at the Allegheny County Jail, charged with Ethnic Intimidation and Terroristic Threats.
He's accused of leaving a voice mail at the Islamic Center of Western Pennsylvania Friday night.
Court documents show Steven was arrested by Northern Regional Police.
The threat forced the mosque to postpone its Ramadan services.
