SUV crashes into Pittsburgh Denny's restaurant

Police were on the scene after an SUV plowed into the Denny's restaurant on Greentree Road Wednesday morning.

It happened a little after 9 a.m. when a 91-year-old man reportedly hit the gas pedal instead of the brake, crashing into the restaurant.

On Social media, police say only minor injuries were reported.

Three people were taken to a local hospital.

The vehicle crashed through the front of the restaurant into a booth.
