On May 30, 2020, the two men set to serve time were involved in conspiring to set fire to a police vehicle as well as a charge of interference with a law enforcement officer.

According to court documents, Da’Jon Lengyel, 24, of McKees Rocks will spend just over two years in prison.

Christopher West, 26, of Pittsburgh will spend four years in prison.

A different individual was involved in the initial start of the fire to the police vehicle, but Lengyel and West were involved in the initial efforts as well as adding flammable materials to kindle the fire.

The protesters own efforts and the subsequent fire completely destroyed the police vehicle.
