State Police say a Walmart delivery driver is facing aggravated assault and other charges after he allegedly tried to run over a man he had delivered a package to.
Police say it happened earlier this month in West Salem Township.
Investigators say the victim tried to take a photo of the delivery driver's license plate after he had driven into the victim's yard while making a delivery.
Police say 55-year-old Troy Clark of Hermitage is accused of running over the victim with his car.
Clark is being held at the Mercer County Jail with a $50,000 bond.
