West Virginia man could get 40 years for fentanyl trafficking

U.S. Attorney Stephen Kaufamn says a West Virginia man pleaded guilty to drug violations in federal court in Erie, Pennsylvania.

According to Kaufman, 27-year-old Kadijah Rashaye Irvin possessed with the intent to deliver at least 40 grams of a substance that contained fentanyl in May of 2018.

5,000 fentanyl pills found in glow worm toy bought at thrift store

Sentencing for Irvin is scheduled for October 7, 2021.

Irvin faces up to 40 years in prison, a $5,000,000 fine or both.
