A woman was found severely beaten underneath a bridge in Carnegie Sunday morning.
Allegheny County Police were notified a person was calling for help under a bridge in the 200 block of Mary Street around 6:30 a.m.
The woman who was pronounced dead at the scene was reportedly living under the bridge with two men.
Officers arrested 29-year-old Joseph Beraducci, charging him with criminal homicide.
