Snoop Dogg is facing a possible lawsuit after posting an 11 second video to social media that put an Uber Eats driver on blast.

The driver — whose name is Sayd — is planning to hire a lawyer and possibly file a lawsuit against the rap star, claiming he fears for his family's safety after being called out in a video that was viewed by millions of people, CBS Los Angeles reported.

The incident happened back in January, when Sayd was delivering an order to an industrial area in Inglewood. After arriving, Sayd sent a message saying he was there but didn't know where to leave the order. He then wrote, "This is not a safe place."

Sayd told CBS LA he had no clue he was talking with the Grammy Award winning rapper. Snoop responded and said "Yes it is pull up to the gate." By that time, Sayd had canceled the order after waiting eight minutes, per Uber policy.

Frustrated about not getting his food, Snoop Dogg posted his conversation with Sayd to Instagram in a video that has been viewed more than 4 million times with nearly 13,000 comments.

"Motherf--ker from f--kin' Uber Eats didn't bring my f--kin' food," Snoop can be heard saying. "Talking about he arrived, 'This is not a safe place.' Punk motherf--ker. Where my food at n---a? You got all my goddamn money, punk."

Sayd feels like the rapper compromised his safety by posting the video, which shows his photo, vehicle information and license plate number.

"After I see the video, I'm kind of like, you know, I have high anxiety and I fear for my family's safety," Sayd told CBS LA.

Uber reached out to Snoop following the incident and issued a public apology.

"We truly regret Snoop Dogg's frustrating experience. We have reached to apologize and refunded him for the order," the statement said.

Meantime, Sayd said Uber did nothing to protect him after their customer exposed his personal information to millions of people. He stopped working for the company, his only job, after the video was posted.

"It's not fair because I am the one that deserves an apology from Uber Eats, not Snoop," he told the station. "But I have to fight for my rights and my family's rights. I just feel like I'm not treated well from this celebrity and also Uber Eats.”

Beyond posting the video, Snoop Dogg has not commented on the incident. Uber hasn't said anything other than its statement regarding the rapper's experience.
