New linebacker

A four-time captain with the Patriots, inside linebacker Ja’Whaun Bentley said he has ‘a lot of homies on a lot of teams’, but the timing was right with Mike Tomlin and the Steelers.

“Work is nothing new to me,” Bentley said. “Just looking to put one day in front of the other. Obviously, got a fresh start here. Excited to do that, excited to meet all the guys and coaches. Just have some fun with this thing.”

He said there is a family feel here. It was a good fit.
