For the Web Contest: Online – Foreigner in Las Vegas 3/25/22, enter to win between 8:00 am PT on September 20, 2021 and 11:59 pm PT on January 9, 2022 by going to audacy.com/kearth101/contests, clicking on this contest's link, and completing the online entry form. Entrants may obtain “extra” entries if they “share” their entry with a friend on Twitter and Facebook and that friend validly enters the Contest using the link provided by the Entrant. There is no maximum number of “extra” entries. If a friend previously entered the Contest through a link from another Entrant, his/her attempt to enter the Contest through subsequent shared links may not constitute a “valid” entry (in which case, subsequent Entrants will not get “extra” entries for that particular friend). On or about January 10, 2021, up to one (1) winner will be randomly selected, and upon verification of eligibility, will be awarded i) a 2-night stay at The Venetian Las Vegas on March 25 and 26, 2022; ii) a pair of tickets to see Foreigner at The Venetian Theatre on March 25, 2022; and iii) a $100 e-gift card. Both the Winner and their one (1) guest must be TWENTY-ONE (21) years of age or older. Winner’s guest may be required to sign one or more liability release agreements before being authorized by to be allowed to participate as winner’s guest on a trip. WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL AND TO COVER INCIDENTAL EXPENSES. Winner and their guest will be solely responsible for all ground transportation, for the purchase of any items of a purely personal nature, for the payment of any incidental expenses, and for the payment of any taxes, charges, and/or fees. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize.
