A fire at a car dealership in Santa Clarita destroyed around 15 cars early Thursday morning.
It was first reported around 4:20 am at AutoNation Ford Valencia on Creekside Rd.
“We showed up, and we realized it was through the roof, and we went defensive immediately,” a firefighter with the Los Angeles County Fire Department told CBS L.A. “I pulled the second alarm. I had them staged down the street just in case we needed them.”
Crews were able to keep the flames from spreading to a second auto dealership nearby.
The fire was put out shortly after 5 a.m. No injuries were reported.
