Trailing Arizona 45-37 at halftime, the Jayhawks managed to take the lead a couple of times in the second half. But Arizona would always manage to take the lead back and build on it, and they pulled away late to beat Kansas 88-77.
KU is now waiting for their NCAA Tournament seeding on Selection Sunday. and Arizona moves on to play second-seeded and ninth-ranked Texas Tech in a Friday semifinal. No. 1 seed Houston plays No. 4 seed BYU in the other semifinal.
