American Legion Post 584 in Big Bear's Veterans Day Ceremony

American Legion Post 584 in Big Bear and the City of Big Bear will host their annual Veterans Day ceremony at Veterans Park in Big Bear at 11am on Thursday, November 11th.

The Civil Air Patrol Cadets Color Guard will bring in the colors .The Unaccompanied Minors (students of Diane Kubeja) will sing the National Anthem and other patriotic songs. Attendees are asked to bring at least one pair of new or gently used shoes to donate to the American Legion's Shoe Fundraiser, as they try to fill 50 bags of shoes which will be used for micro-enterprise around the world.
