American Legion 328 Norco, CA will host a Be the One discussion, which is aimed at reducing the number of Veterans lost to suicide, on Sunday, September 15th.
The American Legion is leading a nationwide effort - Be the One. The program will destigmatize asking for mental health support, provide peer to peer support and resources and educate everyone on how they can Be the One. Get more info here!
