Nashville's Allie Sealey is one of country music's hottest up and coming singer-songwriters, lauded for her originality and authenticity as a multi-genre artist. With multiple albums out, Allie has been recognized for her music both in the United States and internationally.

But Allie has been grappling with migraine for over 10 years. In fact, because of the pain she wrote a song titled "Not All In Our Heads" which shines a light on her story of migraine, imploring people to better understand what it is like to experience and suffer a migraine attack.

Nearly 40 million Americans live with this devastating disease (the second most devastating disease globally). As Allie will tell you, it is almost impossible to play music when a migraine attack hits. But like many, she plowed through knowing she could not just stop performing.

Allie reminds us that help is available for those who suffer from migraine.
