Nintendo fans have been patiently waiting for Universal Studio’s new amusement park, “Super Nintendo World” for a few years now. The section of Universal Studios Hollywood dedicated to Nintendo and Super Mario was first announced in 2020, was expected to open in 2021, and after delays now is only a few months away from opening day. Luckily for fans who don’t want to wait any longer, Universal Studios has released the first look at the new amusement park, and many can’t believe what they see.
Universal Studios Hollywood recently released a one-minute clip showing what “Super Nintendo World” will look like. As seen in the now viral clip, the park is full of sights reminiscent of Super Mario video games. “Super Nintendo World takes you into the world of Super Mario Battle Team Bowser on the groundbreaking Mario Kart ride. Play interactive games throughout the land and track your score with a Power-Up Band. Dine at Toadstool Cafe, meet Mario and friends, and purchase exclusive merch at the 1-UP Factory store,” said Universal Studios Hollywood of the new park.
According to Bro Bible, the park is expected to open February 17, 2023. After this video, fan anticipation is now at an all-time high. Many will soon get their wish to play a Super Mario game in real life.
