HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (KNX) – Tito Ortiz is holding estate sales inside his Huntington Harbour house.

The mixed martial arts fighter and former Mayor pro tempore of Huntington Beach, put his home on the market in December for $6 million after deciding to move out of the state, the Orange County Register reported.

The first sale was held Friday, in which more than 100 people attended, according to Carlos Velastegui, who was hired to handle the estate sale. Another sale was held on Saturday.

Velastegui told the O.C. Register that guests won’t find sports memorabilia for sale,  but rather items that “would be a hassle to move across the country.”

Another estate sale at Ortiz’s house will be held next month.
