GARLAND (1080 KRLD) - The Dallas County Medical Examiner has ruled that a headless body found in Garland last week was not the victim of a crime.
While at first it seemed to be a grisly murder, the Medical Examiner now says the head became detached because of natural decomposition.
Police believe it was a homeless person who was found in a ditch near 635-LBJ.
Through social media, police confirm they are not treating it as a murder.
