A Fort Worth woman has been identified as the TXDOT contract worker who was killed by an accused drunk driver in Arlington yesterday.
Paula Penigar was part of a crew working in the medial of I-20 near Collins when an SUV struck another vehicle and then crossed the median to where Penigar was working.
She was struck and died at the scene of the accident.
Police arrested the SUV driver who is now facing a charge of intoxication manslaughter.
