Food Choices At Rangers New Ballpark Have Baseball Theme

ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD) - As the final season at Globe Life Park dwindles down to the last few games, the Rangers are revealing some hints about next year's food options at the new park going up across the street.

The Texas Rangers say the new stadium, Globe Life Field, is nearly 80 percent complete and is on track to be ready for the 2020 season opener. 

So, hungry eyes are taking a look at the new concession stand menus. Many of the options have a distinct baseball theme.

For example, they'll have a barbecue place called Throwing Smoke. How about a ballpark frank called the Abner Doubledog, or a pizza restaurant called High Cheese.

And, for alcohol choices there's a venue called Barrel Up.
