Grandpa Builds Backyard Roller Coaster for Grandson During Quarantine

It looks like we have a contender for grandfather of the year.

A lucky kid got the ultimate diversion while in quarantine - a homemade roller coaster built by his granddad.

In a clip that has gone viral, the boy can be seen riding in a plastic car with wooden wheels along a track made that is being held up with a garbage can, wood and cinder blocks.

Making sure to keep his grandson safe, the proud grandfather runs alongside him giving a needed push to get over the incline.

It took about a week and a half to build the fun contraption from materials purchased at Home Depot, the grandfather said during an interview with the Instagram account Dad Is Not A Noun.
