ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD)- Arlington's AT&T Stadium opened as an Election Day polling place Tuesday morning. Voting across Texas continues until 7 p.m.
Tarrant County allows voters to cast ballots at any polling place. Some Dallas Cowboys fans say they drove out of the way to vote at the stadium.
"I'm a diehard Cowboys fan, so it's pretty exciting to come out here and be able to vote at the stadium for the first time ever," one voter said.
"I've just got six words: Let's make America's team great again," another said.
The stadium had 50 voting booths available, and other voters said they were just glad for a place with a short wait on their way to work.
"We've got season tickets, and we live a block away, so we figured this would be perfect to come over here, do it and get it out of the way," one man said.
Voters at AT&T Stadium can park free in Silver Lot 5. Signs will guide voters to Gate C.
