A murder charge has been filed against the driver accused of running over a boy riding his scooter in East Dallas Monday night.
Eight-year-old Kaden Rainwater was struck in the parking lot of his apartment complex and died at the hospital.
The driver, Miguel Martinez, was arrested at the scene.
Drilling down into Dallas County jail records, KRLD found that this is at least Martinez's third arrest for DWI and that charge calls for a $100,000 bond.
There's another $500,000 bond on his murder charge.
