The Electric Reliability Council of Texas is issuing a weather watch starting tomorrow through Friday because of forecasted high temperatures and possible lower electricity reserves.
ERCOT officials say the Texas power grid is expected to perform normally but that the higher demand could potentially mean a call for conservation in the future.
ERCOT says right now, there 's enough capacity to meet demand, but that they will keep a close eye on the grid to maintain electricity across the state.
