A Fort Worth man has been identified as the driver killed in an Azle crash Wednesday.
Reports say an SUV and an 18-wheeler smashed into one another on Northwest Parkway near Kerry Lane.
Paramedics found Charles Markum gravely injured. They rushed him to Texas Health Azle but it was too late to save his life.
Azle police have not said which driver was to blame.
