A Fort Worth man has died after pulling in front of an Amtrak train in Justin Thursday night.

Justin police report getting a call around 6:00 p.m. and found a mangled SUV at the scene of the train crossing through town on East 5th Street near FM 156.

Police say the driver, now identified as Deandre Harper, was dead at the scene. Investigators determined there were more than 50 people on the train but no one aboard, including the crew, was hurt.

Police don't know why Harper pulled in front of the train but they say they don't suspect alcohol was a factor.
