The JPS Health Network's revitalization project is now officially underway in Fort Worth.
As part of its $800 million bond program, JPS released its first two packages for contractor bidding. They're for design build services for a new parking garage on the main campus and a new medical home facility at a site to be determined.
The bond program will ultimately create a new main campus, which will include a main hospital, an ambulatory surgery center and a psychiatric hospital.
It will also create several new medical home facilities throughout Tarrant County.
