It has databases on hundreds of thousands of pets that are looking for their new families. You don't have to be limited to shelters around your area. They have pets in shelters and foster rescues.
Search for other areas of the country, if you wish to find something particular.
The app also lets you share pictures of the pets in your social media. Maybe you can help a pet find a new home just by doing that.
