Five days after a man was gunned down in Hurst, police have the man they've been looking for.
Kevin Hamilton was captured last night and charged with murder in the shooting death of James Martinez who was found badly wounded on Saturday. He died at JPS Hospital.
Police found Hamilton at a home on Pleasantview Drive, just a couple of blocks from where Martinez was shot.
