A 28-year-old man is charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection to a November shooting at an Arlington nightclub, police say.
The shooting happened around 5:25 a.m. on Nov. 17 in the 3200 block of Justiss Drive, Arlington police said.
Police said two people got into an argument in the parking lot, when multiple shots were fired. Janderver Urbina-Betancourt, 22, was struck and pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspected gunman was identified as Luigin Alberto Perez-Millan, 28. Police said he did not know either person involved in the fight, but fired in their direction anyway.
Perez-Millan was arrested in Nebraska on Saturday when he was stopped for a traffic violation. He was being held in the Seward County Detention Center, awaiting extradition to Texas.
