One man is dead and another has been questioned in Dallas where gunfire erupted last night. Police believe it's a road rage shooting.
Investigators say it began when a pick-up rear-ended a car on the south-bound service road of Central Expressway near Mockingbird. The driver of the car, who had his wife and baby in the car with him, tells police the truck rammed him several times. When he stopped, he says the other man tried to force his way into the car, and that's when the car's driver shot him through the window.
The wounded man was taken to the hospital but it was too late to save his life.
Dallas police took the car's driver downtown for questioning but police say he was released early this morning. A grand jury may be asked to make a final decision.
