Dallas ISD: Due to widespread power outages throughout the area, Dallas ISD schools and offices will be closed Tuesday, Feb. 16 and Wednesday, Feb. 17, Teachers and students will return to all virtual learning Thursday, Feb. 18, and Friday, Feb. 19.

Per TEA, school closures must be made on a day-to-day determination. A decision will be made regarding the following day’s plan no later than 1 p.m. each day.
Irving ISD: Irving ISD campuses and district offices will be closed on Tuesday, February 16. Due to ongoing demands on the power grid and rolling power outages, virtual learning is canceled for all students and teachers for Tuesday, February 16.
