North Texas school districts are shelling out big bucks to repair a lot of damage blamed on the TikTok viral video challenge called "Devious Licks."

The videos show students vandalizing their schools and outright stealing fixtures like commodes, sinks, towel dispensers, restroom stall doors, microscopes, projectors and even ceiling tiles.

A Frisco school district spokeswoman says they've had items stolen while other items have been removed and left elsewhere on campus.

Grand Prairie's schools report that they've been forced to close some restrooms because of damage.

The Richardson district has had about a dozen incidents. And yesterday, Allen school administrators sent a letter home to parents saying students who vandalize school property could face suspensions, be sent to an alternative school or even face a police investigation.
