DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- A shooting in Old East Dallas has rattled people who live at the apartment complex where it happened.
A 23-year-old man was shot and killed Wednesday night at the complex on Munger Avenue. Deleatrice Smith lives there - and says she wants to move.
She says the shooter fired dozens of shots - and bullets went into her car...and several apartments. Police have not released a description of the suspect - and say he's still on the loose.
