A suspected serial road rager from Dallas has been indicted for murder, among other things.
Garland Police say 30-year-old Davante Chatman was a delivery driver when he allegedly attacked drivers at least four times.
One of those drivers who was attacked, a man named Cesar Pompa, was killed in Garland on the LBJ Freeway in October, and another was nearly shot the same day.
Chatman was not arrested until May and police say by then he aimed at two more drivers and even firing a shot at, but missing another one.
In each case, police say Chatman was driving his own car to make deliveries for a company.
In addition to the murder charge, Chatman was also charged by Garland Police with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily injury to a driver from the January incident, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the incident on May 12.
Chatman remains locked up on $1.3 million bond.
