It comes with three parts. There's a debit card that parents can give to their children, but they control what money goes into it. The kids earn that money by doing chores around the house.
Children can learn about saving money, so they can save up to get something they want. It shows you how much money you spend and how much is in your account. Do all your chores, you get your allowance added to it.
Parents can set the weekly allowances to go into the account, or give them money presents for special days. Kids can also earn more money by doing more chores. Parents also get to see closely what their kids are spending their money on and monitor their savings.
