A man killed in a Montana skiing accident has now been identified as a Dallas man named Kirby Smith.
Officials say Smith died while skiing with his son at a resort about 40 miles from Yellowstone National Park.
The ski patrol is not giving many details except to say Smith died from what are described as "blunt force injuries to the head."
Officials say Smith was wearing a helmet at the time.
