During Wildcard Weekend playoffs in Cincinnati, OH, a Bengals fan saved the life of a man cheering for the opposing team. ER Nurse Jerry Mills from Dallas was in the right place at the right time when 78-year-old Ed Fernandes collapsed.

The longtime Raiders fan and his grandson Noah Harsh were heading into the stadium when Noah noticed "something was off". Fernandes fell before Harsh could even catch him. The septuagenarian had gone into cardiac arrest.

Nurse Mills sprang into action and performed CPR to revive the man's pulse. With the help of another nearby nurse, they were able to rescue Fernandes before it was too late.

Fernandes was taken to the hospital, and he is reportedly recovering. The family was extremely thankful for Mills' actions, and the five-year veteran medical worker was commended by his college.
