Senator Bernie Sanders is bringing his Fighting Oligarchy tour to Texas this weekend.
It will include a rally Sunday evening in Fort Worth.
Sanders has said he holds his rallies in GOP districts and so far they have been getting a healthy turnout.
"I want people in the communities that we visit, and people throughout the country, to understand that they are not alone when they feel outrage by what Trump is doing to our country," Sanders said about his rallies in a recent YouTube video.
Sanders will first rally Friday afternoon in McAllen at the McAllen Performing Arts Center at 7:00pm.
On Sunday, he holds rallies in Amarillo and Fort Worth.
The rally at the Amarillo Civic Center begins at 2:00pm.
The rally in Fort Worth starts at 6:00pm with doors opening Dickies Arena at 3:30pm.
Former Congressman Beto O'Rourke will join Sanders at the rallies.
