A man is now locked up in Houston where a Houston Fire Department ambulance was stolen at gunpoint overnight with a patient in the back.
Police say a car ran the ambulance off the road. A man jumped out of the car and pointed a gun at the firefighter who was driving.
The thief stole the ambulance, leaving that firefighter on the side of the road.
In the back, there was another firefighter who was caring the for the patient.
The thief drove off but police were able to track the ambulance by GPS and officers stopped it, arresting the man on a string of charges.
