The Parker County Sheriff's Office seizes animals from an abandoned home.
Parker County Deputies were called to a home on Newsome Mound Road earlier this week where they discovered seven dogs and cats confined inside a small room in the abandoned home.
The conditions were so deplorable that the deputies' skin and eyes starting burning the moment they entered the home.
Deputies discovered that along with the uninhabitable conditions, the animals had no food or water.
The animals were taken to the North Texas Veterinary Hospital in Peaster for evaluation and medical treatment.
