Disney is facing a lawsuit from an employee who accused the company of covering up a sexual assault.

The employee alleged that the assault was committed by Nolan Gonzales, the former VP of distribution. The woman alleged that he drugged and assaulted her seven times in 2017.

The lawsuit accused Disney of refusing to properly investigate or discipline Gonzales.

Neither Disney nor Gonzalez have responded to requests for comment.
