LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Luca, the French bulldog that was taken after its owner was attacked in West Hollywood Tuesday morning, has been returned, according to multiple reports.

Robert Marinelli was walking Luca near Shoreham Drive and North Weatherly Drive around 7:30 a.m. when a man approached Marinelli and knocked him to the ground.

“He pushed me down and slammed the door,” Marinelli recalled to ABC 7“And slamming the door must’ve caught part of me or my coat in it.”

Marinelli claimed he was dragged up to 200 feet as the car took off.

A $10,000 reward was offered for information leading to Luca’s return.

It’s unclear who gave Luca back or how the dog was found. It’s also unclear if any arrests were made in Luca’s kidnapping.
