The L.A. County DA's office has decided not to file charges against former Dodger pitcher Julio Urías related to his September arrest on suspicion of domestic violence.
Urías was arrested in September outside BMO stadium after an LAFC game after a witness claimed they saw him assault a woman and notified police.
He may still be charged with a misdemeanor because the case has been referred to the L.A. City Attorney's Office.

After his arrest, Urías was placed on administrative leave by Major League Baseball. His contract expired at the end of the 2023 season, and he's now a free agent.
Urías was also arrested for domestic battery back in 2019.
