Police responded to a report of a violent altercation at an apartment complex in Visalia on Thursday.
The incident occurred at Goshen Avenue and Jacob Street shortly before 4:30 p.m.

Officers said 35-year-old Kenyon Moore was arguing with a neighbor over a parking spot when he pulled out a knife. Moore allegedly stabbed the neighbor, sending them to an area hospital for treatment.
The neighbor is expected to recover.
Moore reportedly fled the scene and was arrested elsewhere later on Thursday. KNX 1070 Newsradio has reached out to the Visalia Police Department and will update this story with additional details when received.
