This time, we’re bringing the Black Friday Edition: after serving Thanksgiving dinner, come serve dance moves. Sweat out the stress (and the pie) with a night that’s all yours.
Founded in 2022 by Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT), The Mom Dance Party is the first event of its kind in the U.S.—created exclusively for moms craving connection, freedom, and a chance to feel alive in their bodies.

This award-winning, high-energy night out is more than a party—it’s a wellness reset. With DJ Destiny Shynelle spinning nostalgic throwbacks and fresh anthems, you’ll dance, laugh, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other moms who get it.
Expect: a vibrant dance floor, feel-good music, and a supportive community designed to lift your spirit and boost your mental health.
Come as you are—or dress up! Sequins, sneakers, power jumpsuits… whatever makes you feel good.  We encourage dressing with any Black Friday inspo - all black, black tie, whatever strikes you.
