Nearly 20 million Americans are suffering from a disease that could lead to amputation and sometimes death.

Peripheral Artery Disease is a chronic circulatory condition that reduces blood flow to the legs. An estimated 200,000 people – disproportionately from minority communities – undergo avoidable amputations every year.
