John is having an AWFUL time with letters and packages he's sent out recently. Two letters he sent to his daughter weeks ago still haven't arrived and the package he sent to his friend was said to be delivered but never actually arrived! This morning we called a former mail carrier to see if she could help him figure out what is going on and if there is anything he can do to find his mail.
